What will you do to stop this from happening again: Starting out with (third person abuse/ hitbox abuse was already dealt by another "Admin" when I was on and was warned / I wasn't cheating)
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I've been warned by walnut and targeted by walnut I have a clip of killing him then him pulling me to a sit saying he was spectating me abuse thirdperson but I asked him if he was the one I killed, He then replied with Yeah so I asked how he was spectating but told me to "Shut up" then just warned me for "Meta Gaming" To answer the question Yes I've been warned.
Why should you be unbanned: I should be unbanned because I wasn't "cheating" (Dont know how I was cheating) and that the other reasons in the ban as "Third Person abuse and Hit box abuse was already dealt with by another admin that was higher up (Pyro)" Plus I do enjoy playing on the server Its been my go to this past week.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: After I was talked to about "Hit box abuse" I stopped crouch jumping while shooting, It was my fault not knowing crouch jumping was hitbox abuse, As well for the thirdperson abuse I stopped using thirdperson after pyro talked to me about it.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I want to rejoin because it's a good community besides a handful of the staff, I have been spending most of my free time on this server if im not on another game like csgo.

Hi @DNALeft ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I was provided 5 clips by individuals who believed you to be cheating through the usage of some form of aimbot, after reviewing the clips provided at the end of this response I came to the conclusion that you were in fact using third party software to gain an advantage.

In response to your view of the sit in which I warned you for metagame, I did not tell you to shut up. I began spectating you after I died to see if you abusing third person was a one off incident to determine whether or not I would pull you. Meta-game is what we consider third person abuse as it is considered using information outside of roleplay to your advantage (your eyes are not 4 feet behind your head, nor do they allow you to see around corners).

The third person abuse and hitbox abuse may have already been dealt with, and if it has I apologize for giving you an incorrect ban message, however the cheating ban is, in my opinion using the provided videos, accurate.

Videos provided to me in which I conclude you are cheating with regards to previous bans I have given out for cheating ;

Hi @DNALeft,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After reviewing the clips provided by Walnut, and asking for second opinions, it does seem as if you were cheating at the time. While the first clip was inconclusive, where you flicked over to a GENSEC near their neck, the second clip showed you locking on to their head while knifing and walking backwards. Seemingly, you were locking on to the players as you held down your right click.
