Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? 36 Warns and 11 bans
Why should you be unbanned: For the more techincal reason, this was a point of contention when the banning was about to happen between two admins, since on my record some bans were recorded twice on my record. Leading me to appear to have more bans than i actually had. This was the same issue with warns iirc, but im not entirely sure. There was also another point of contention of time between warns that wouldve prevented a stack, but im not completely sure. For a more personal reason, the server is extremely fun and i wish to continue playing on it since the other servers are quite frankly, very boring and with alot of dead air. This server is far more lively and active. The roleplay moments are legitimately fun.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: As ive stated before, i will clean up my act and stop minging as much as i have been
Why do you want to rejoin this server? As ive said, the server is extremely fun and i wish to continue playing on it since the other servers are quite frankly, very boring and with alot of dead air. This server is far more lively and active. The roleplay moments are legitimately fun.

While I don't quite remember you specifically, I do believe I remember the ban bit. I remember we sat for a bit counting which warns weren't duplicates, and that's what we counted as your stacked bans. For example, there would be a ban on record that was seconds apart, so we would only take one of them, and then bans that lasted days. Regardless, the fact that it's been able to amount to where it's gotten is not an excuse. To get stacked warnings, and on top of that stacked bans, takes a lot. As much as I understand you enjoy the server, there's a point which you've crossed that shows clear intention to break the rules.

For example, there would be a ban on record that was seconds apart, so we would only take one of them, and then bans that lasted days. I get that, and i will admit i am a bit of a rule breaker. If its worth anything i dont typically mass RDM nor intentionally try to ruin the fun of others. If i do, its by complete accident, never deliberate. The overwhelmingly vast majority of the times its just shooting a flare and initiating a chase by mtf, including others in the fun and has been fun from what some mtf have told me. But i dont deliberately TRY to ruin the experience or rp situations for others like a mass Rdmmer, it did happen once like WAAAAAAAY back, admittedly but that was just to get banned because of how much time it was suching from my personal life, which is something that was spoken to with the admin from back then and a mutual understanding was reached, I never did that again because it was, looking back, unfun for anyone. I have better time management skills since and never have tried to do that again.

I typically just minged by initiating a chase by shooting a flare, which i try to keep interesting for the MTF that chase me and those involved. I know thats failRP and hence its my biggest # of warns. I understand that is very frowned upon and i will cut back on that. However, i will try to adhere to fearRP, and go about the arresting process.

All in all, im not going to hide it. For complete honesty and transparency, I am a minge and i find it fun, but i dont take joy in ruining the fun for others, only adding to it. I will cease being a twat and try to engage differently. I probably will stick to the rules as best i can, and adhere to FearRP, try to engage in legit rp, and keep minging to a minimum.

If my past actions are still a deal-breaker, then i understand and accept it. I still had fun with the frequent events and lack of crampt and lack of emptyness from the server and all the good times. (Especially the hostage situation with a bunch of D-class which was a really fun RP when it happened).

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

While I appreciate your honesty, as bobby stated it does take a lot for someone to get to a Stacked Bans [X] ban and judging off your history, you managed to do this within a span of 3 months. Adding onto this, it appears that after serving each ban, you would continue to accumulate additional warnings/bans which indicates you hadn't learned from your actions. I feel that it's still a bit early in your ban and don't believe it'd be beneficial to allow you back at the current moment, however would be open to reconsideration in a months time.
