Why should you be unbanned: Basically, they said RDM because they were arresting me and this dude tranquiliziers pistols me so I shot him for trying to arrest me and shooting me with it first. The agent I shot as well. I dont know how thats fail rp too it isnt any rule breaks because an admin told me i can shoot someone for arresting me and shooting me first (self defence). Also they said thats NITRP (IDK HOW THATS NITRP) because its a legit scenario
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?

Pretty sure you got banned for as well Severe Toxicity which your ban was well deserved, you manage to kill 2-3 people without a valid reason then when I brought you to a sit you decided to pretend to be AFK cause your reason was because "your brother had a heart attack" Which isn't a thing to joke about, To use as a excuse.

Then you started trying to discriminant one of the staff members in this clip shown

Hi Arman,

NITRP was due to the nature of the evidence that I was shown, you didn't have intent to roleplay, while constantly running away and acting 'mingey' during that RP situation, while also killing other foundation members [2]. Furthermore, you went AFK in my sit, and another staff members sit which I believe was intentionally due to being AFK both sits. You then made an excuse "your brother had a heart attack" during the sit and not taking it seriously, at all. Although I understand this is not in 'Roleplay' which NITRP as a punishment suggests, it was clear you did not want to take my sit seriously or roleplay seriously, because I believe if you did want to take RP seriously, you would also take the fact that you were being reported seriously.
RDM - You were tranqualised due to not listening to higher foundation orders, your life was not at risk and I personally believe this was RDM because this was not a good enough reason to kill another person, let alone a foundation member.
FailRP - You refused to listen to higher command when asked a direct order, and constantly fleeing and eluding. Although some may say this could fall into an ethical situation, from what I witnessed from the clip, the nature of this situation was 'NITRP' and 'FailRP' because you were not playing your role, furthermore not following the chain of command. Furthermore, killing another foundation member under the ruie guidelines goes under 'loyalty to your team'. Although this rule states information, it is still a baseline for as the rule states, and also falls under FailRP.
Severe Toxicity - As Bravo's clip shows, you were very disrespectful to me, which I was originally going to give you a Toxicity warn (due to you constantly slandering me), not Severe. However I was then informed by staff member Bravo while I was tabbed out that you slandered me because of/based on my sexuality, where you said something about gay people. I do not recall the full detail on what exactly Bravo said. Regardless, you were extremely toxic during this sit saying I have no life, 'suck your mum pussy' etc.

I apologise for the delay in getting a response especially as your ban has expired.

Due to the statements provided by my colleagues, I believe at this time your ban was valid.
A tranquilizer is not a threat to life and "not wanting to be arrested" is not a valid reason to gun down foundation, your life was not at risk, furthermore your attitude in the sit is not acceptable within the server, mentioning people(s) sexuality in a derogitory way and continuing to go on a insult rant is what will earn you a ban quicker.

As such I believe during this ban the offences levied against your are reasonable.

As such the ban will not be revoked.
