Why should you be unbanned: I believe I was banned for nothing, I was in character when I was saying "Kill yourself, In the game" and the only reason I clarified "In the game" is because the Admin who banned me was watching me for the past like 30 minutes, The person I was saying it to KNEW it was not me being toxic and was laughing with the others.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: If I could be allowed to explain the context of the situation instead of Bringing me to a sit then Banning me without listening to a single thing I have to say.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?: It's the only fun server I've found on Gmod in the past 4 years and I was having a ton of fun Roleplaying with the others.

Hello, @Zystro I am the staff member in question who banned you.

Even if you are joking or being serious we do not tolerate severe toxicity and telling other people to kill themselves even if it's in-game or not will not be taken lightly. Although yes I should of been a little softer as it was in-game I believe there is still a fine line in joking matters as of these. I hope you have a better understanding from my point of view so you do not joke about these and learn from your mistakes.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

I have received a clip regarding the situation. In this clip, you heavily emphasize the "Kill Yourself" portion of your statement, quickly following it up with "in the game". You state that you knew the staff member was watching you.

Due to these facts, I can reasonably conclude that your intentions were NOT to roleplay, but rather to skirt the rules and attempt to make a 'joke' which you knew could be a violation of the rules with different context. Your ban is valid and will remain on your record.

You may re-appeal in 2 weeks if you wish to make another attempt at having the ban removed from your record.​
