Civilian name: [WSA-Enlisted] "pizzalover"
What server are you applying for?
(SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: CI (alpha) and 096 white-list
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: No
Why are you applying for captain?
-because I would like to have a shot at a cl4 job and I feel like it's my next major step and goal in gensec. I'm extremely passionate about gensec and i want to hold as many tryouts as possible because when I was an officer/sergeant, the absence of tryouts primarily in my prime playtime because of timezone differences really upset and annoyed me however I now hold the HW license and RRT license but I don't want others, especially people in my timezone, to feel the same as I felt. There is no where to go but up from a RRT sergeant so that supports my second point in this paragraph. I want this position to be the Jumpstart of being in other cl4 positions like a medical consultant, IA ambassador etc. I am confident in my ability to be able to lead and supervise gensec.
What makes you suitable for captain? :
- My ability to work with others, being a role model for others, professionalism, passion for gensec, leadership skills, and my experience In leading sweeps as RRT sergeant all makes me suitable for the gensec captain role. I am also confident to be able to hold and maintain a cl4 job and will try to do as much tryouts as possible. I was the main leadership priority in gensec as a riot sergeant while no captain was on so I at least have some experience in being a leader in gensec. I also understand that waving around and boasting a cl4 card with pride doesn't make me stronger or better than any other person of lower clearance.
I am extremely knowledgeable about gensec rules and general server rules and I make an effort to notify cadets and officers about the wrong stuff they are doing.
What are the responsibilitys of a captain? :
-The major responsibilitys of a captain are of the following; Holding sweeps, act professionaly, act as a role model for other gensec especially lower gensec, To hold HWL and RRT license tryouts, To works towards achieving a healthier environment in dblock, to watch over gensec, Escort (if there are enough gensec in dblock but no one wants to Escort a researcher), take away/strike unresponsible RRT license holders, holding gensec in place, holding dblock in place, correcting gensec participants on mistakes they are making (Unless it's a huge error like Rdm in which I will deal with him accordingly) and last but definitely not least is to respect other staff
Please give some lore about your security captain and what storyline they would be involved in:
-Bashar was the leader of the local police department in Kuwait and former GCC marine. One day he was walking through the office and found a file on his desk, it had contained a letter from a myserious organisation asking him if he wants to join them but the pay was too much to resist. The letter asked him to meet at a town called pinewood center if he wants to accept or ask questions.
The curiosity got the best of him and he took a plane ticket to Canada disguised as a vacation.
The town was cold and chilly but the people were nice. He found a guy in a suit with a briefcase and sunglasses next to the eatary. "Hey are you apart of the organization that sent me the letter?"
Bashar questioned the man. The man just told him yes and asked if he wants to join or no. Bashar was too invested in the pay that he took it without hesitation. "follow me." The man said.
They went to some sort of military base and Bashar had to sign so many confidential papers that he thought he was going to know who killed J.F.K. The 'military base' was actually an scp foundation site and he learned all about the cl1 scps. He was titled the rank of cadet and was primarily stationed in dblock. He was so special and outstanding in his effort to keep the dclass in lower dblock that he was titled sergeant In just 2 weeks.
Now for the greatest challenge... Bravery and none selfishness. Someone threw a decoy grenade into the testing line area on dblock. Immediately he sprang himself at the grenade to save the 6 other people in the room and... Nothing? The chief of security then came and gave him the title of captain for his bravery, loyalty, none selfishness, courage, passion and personality
While being captain, he became close friends with a cadet. They were like brothers and Bashar gave him alot of advice. Eventually he became a sergeant and became his personal assistant in sweeps but later he found out that he was actually Chaos Insurgency In disguise. He couldn't believe it.
Later the spy took a Hostage, the chief of security. The pistol was pointed right at the chief's head and threatened to pull the trigger if he didn't give them 4 specific cl4 documents. Bashar had a choice. Either give him the documents or kill the CSO. luckily, a DEA agent was right behind the spy and shot his hand then head.
The blood was too much to handle for Bashar.
He had to have therapy sessions for 2 months because of that. He cried so much that the tears reached from his office till dblock and back 3 times.
During his time as captain, he made sure to never become close friends with another gensec ever again but this doesn't show his weakness. He was still the best captain in general emulation of his responsibilitys. He was the strongest one physically in gensec with him killing someone infected by scp 008 by killing him in one punch to the head. He has had 40 bullet wounds during his time in the foundation but that didn't effect his performance at all.
He was also the nicest. He gives 13% away of every paycheck to building homeless shelters, food shelters, mosques, churches, orphanages, and supporting local charities. Many people around him call him the nickname of 'Gigachad' because of his actions. He currently feeds 7 orphans in Yemen, Iraq and Sudan. If someone sees him not smiling, they know something is horribly wrong.
In another time, Dblock was completely overrun by dclass. It seemed like every single dclass had at least a pistol. Bashar knew that if he opened the door, he would get killed immediately except he forgot one thing. He was Bashar. He went through the door into dblock and took out 3 dclass on the stairway. He dodged a knife attack from a brute and stabbed him with his own hand.
Bashar advanced through to the kitchen in which he dodged 2 deagle shots to the head and took out 2 dclass with one bullet and stabbed another dclass with his pocket knife. He saw that one dclass wasnt carrying a weapon so he weaponed checked him then cuffed him with elastic restraints and put him in the airlock
Bashar then led the remaining dclass back to their cells and locked them up in a sweep he authorized . His bravery and quick thinking had saved countless lives that day.
After that incident, Bashar became a legend in the Foundation. He was promoted to the position of CSO. He implemented several new policies to ensure the safety and well being of all personnel under his command.
Despite his success and fame, Bashar remained humble and continued to support charitable causes. His legacy lived on even after he retired, and his name became synonymous with bravery and selflessness.
In the end, Bashar's journey had taught him that sometimes the greatest rewards come from taking risks and following your curiosity. He had taken a chance on that mysterious organization and boy did he benefit from it.
The End.
