List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: I had a NU-7 Whitelist before, however it expired or rather I had it removed duo to inactivity (Cause life happens)
-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Yes, given the fact I've existed for 1 year already in the server things can happen.

Here is the list of it and the reasons for them. To explain some of those at the start was simply my first time playing and not really much understanding of the server's workings and simply goofing about. Following with late evening days where I had been drunk and was warned/banned for Toxicity. Happens if you are drunk and get pissed off by Gensec when you play D-Class.

The recent warn of RDM was on both parties of grudgeful interaction where one party thought the other was hostile without giving time to lower weapons/give proper warnings. Regardless, it is a warn only as I held no further backstory of that after all.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: Well, I've been playing for quiet a while now on the server. I come off from time to time or jump in to have some fun, same as enjoying to play SCP's that just don't pop on to be taken samples of. I've as well recently purchased a donation package to play donator listed SCP's to enjoy the chaos that they can cause. I've always been interested in SCP-096, as during his breaching it is rather interesting to see how one would play it and you basically rush through the entire foundation to get the guy who saw your face. So with my knowledge of the SCP, as well experience and time I've spent within the server. I can say that I am not someone who would abuse the role as SCP-096 but grant the enjoyment of other's in forms of testing and breaching of SCP-096 when it comes down to it.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: Sitting within his containment chamber, hunched down as he is sobbing. If there is no person that has seen his face, he is rather passive and may even just lightly roam around within his chamber.
-
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: SCP-096 Is allowed to go to wherever his first target is. The person who has seen his face first, be it from a picture, a video or directly. He won't beeline straight to D-Block - ONLY if the first person who has seen his face is THERE. He targets his first victim one after the other, so if he has his face seen while running past foundation staff. He would either kill them if they are in his path or come to them after he has killed his first or last target.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Re-containment units usually and most preferably use SCRAMBLES that hide SCP-096's face for a short duration. It protects them from being 'targeted' by SCP-096 which grants them a short time frame where they can move with a bucket to put it over SCP-096's face. They attempt to destroy any kind of records or evidence better put that had SCP-096's face on it. Once it was ensured that all of his victims who have seen his face were neutralized by SCP-096 and the bucket has been put onto his head. He would be shortly beamed, restrained and then brought as fast as possible back to his chamber. The re-containment is only successful IF all of his targets are DEAD. Re-containing him while he still has living targets who has seen his face will result in another breach shortly after.
