What will you do to stop this from happening again: I don't know. I was not "minor glitching". See below.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?: I have one warn on record, yes. No kicks or bans.

Why should you be unbanned: I was not minor glitching. At the time of the ban I was CGITV. MTF were chasing the skeleton around on the surface in Pinewood. Skeleton ran away and their van chased him. I went to the bodies and found a dropped level 3 keycard. At the time I had an RP-relevant document that led me to the vent at the North/East. I went down the vent, keycard in hand, and was stopped in the bathroom and tried to lie and say I was in disguise and this was an experiment to see how they would react. I was cuffed and dragged to IA, the moment I was unblindfolded I was hit with the ban. No glitches were used. Just a normal scenario as CGITV. There was no staff sit, no warning, or explanation, just an out of the blue ban.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?:
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I enjoy playing on the server, only have 1 warning, and believe this ban was a mistake.

You literally pulled out a pistol while elastic restrained and blindfolded while in D-block CP and started spinning wildly while shooting. I'm Mr Z, an Ethics Member, and I watched this and reported it with a *CLIP* of you doing it. @Bigel Boot We consider that minor glitching because its a glitch. No one is accusing you of exploiting, simply using a glitch that could have given you a combat advantage and was blatantly a glitch. You did it in front of over ten people, six of which were surrounding you with guns within three feet or so. Do you not remember doing this? Were you inebriated or stressed out by something? I've never done anything like pulling a gun out and shooting people while blindfolded in elastic-restraints but I have to think I would recall something warranting a ban like that. This community is built on love and trust; those are core tenants for our Ethics Members and we try our best to share them with everyone. I can still love you, friend, but we obviously cannot trust either your memory or your word, one.

Yes, that did occur, however that was easily an hour prior to the ban being given, which was why I listed what I was doing at the time of the ban in my appeal and was confused as to the cause. Couldnt think that something that happened an hour-or-so ago (that wasnt addressed with a sit during or after it happened) to be the cause for my ban. idk what all that talk of love and trust is about, but thanks for clarifying the reason also the *clip* isnt attached or isnt working, could you post it here again, shit was mad funny

Hello, I was notified before by the Trial Moderator that requested the ban that you were shooting at people while still restrained and told not to do so but still kept shooting.

Yes, that did occur, however that was easily an hour prior to the ban being given, which was why I listed what I was doing at the time of the ban in my appeal and was confused as to the cause. Couldnt think that something that happened an hour-or-so ago (that wasnt addressed with a sit during or after it happened) to be the cause for my ban. idk what all that talk of love and trust is about, but thanks for clarifying the reason also the *clip* isnt attached or isnt working, could you post it here again, shit was mad funny

I had assumed you were in a sit with the TM and he needed a ban request.

My name is Hikov, I am the TM that enacted the ban. I was informed that you were proceeding to exploit a glitch by shooting while cuffed. Along with this you were no longer on the server at the time of the report. As per our rules I waited the ten minutes to see if you would have returned, but to no avail. A video was provided by an Ethics Member but sadly the video was deleted by the same person. Nonetheless staff still observed the video and the evidence was clear and cut. I understand this may have not been seen as glitching; but for now the verdict stands.

@Edward Will Doesnt make sense? I was banned while on-server (see me talking abt the RP scenario I was in at time of ban ^^), there was no need for a 10 minute wait? I was banned at 9pm (CST) and this appeal went up 20mins after, to make sure it wasnt a mistake. Also seems like that now-deleted video would be important to this appeal, no? Not denying I broke a rule mistakenly, but this talk of me being told to stop but kept shooting (I was killed in a second) and that I was off-server during the ban is not true and just needs to be said
