Adds a code lock or biometrics to the fridges.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I think this should be accepted because the substance storages can be accessed by literally anyone right now, while there are logs for it, adding codelocks/biometrics so only a specific team/job/regiment can access the fridge will be very beneficial and it'll allow people to safely store chemicals inside.
