To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: Seems to be the same reason as last time! My IP got flagged but that's due to my wifi changing since I'm on mobile wifi. The person in the ticket called it a false flag.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I don't attempt to change or hide my IP it just happens every morning due to being on mobile wifi.
List any alt accounts: None.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: Blacklisted once for the same issue. (believe it's the same issue) Warn for RDM and FAILRP some point last year.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: Not really much I can do but the person who helped in the ticket said they will see about getting me added to some IP list thing so hopefully doesn't happen in future.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I don't think I did anything wrong seems to be the same issue as last time. (Sorry this isn't very in depth im just not sure what to write)
