To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: Major Glitching, Along with other small things, I can't remember it all, I apologize.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I believe I used protonvpn but that was years ago, and aswell, my address has changed, along with a new pc, so my ip is different.
List any alt accounts: I do not have any alt accounts listed and I've not logged into any at all, I am being honest.

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will do as what the rules say, as what it says down to the miniutest detail, I will not break a singular rule, I will do the best of my ability to the rules, terms of service and what-ever rulesets are in-use, no matter what, At anytime, a admin could choose to ban me if anything negative is noticed even if it is the slightest problem. I apologize for the rules that I have broken.
Why should you be unblacklisted: Well, I'll roleplay accordingly to the rules, Not breaking a singular rule, I'll try my best to make roleplay fun and engaging, I won't infringe on any aspect of the rules, even through a loophole, I won't abuse glitches, I'll try my best to contribute roleplay(Primarily CI because I'm interested in that), I won't do anything wrong, I'll do everything right accordingly to the smallest thing, That means not breaking a singular rule, AKA: Using 914 as a Non-d-class Unless if as CI, or Meta-gaming, or killing a person without proper roleplay reason, Or minor glitching/major glitching, None of it is correct to do in the roleplay environment that is supplied by the rules, I did not have any intent to break the rules prior to when I was blacklisted for major glitching, I was told to stop, which I did and in the middle of switching jobs, which they mostlikely thought I was repeating the glitch which I done 3 prior times, which is when they blacklisted me for major glitching.
And aswell, I have not alted a single time since I was blacklisted, NOR used a vpn, I am being completely and genuinely honest on this, Which is hence why I didn't mention anything about alting prior as I did not conduct such activities.
