To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: Cheating, most likely bhopping or quick hacking. Not sure though what exactly happened. Could also be because every once in a while I join on a VPN because I'm watching movies/shows on a pirated website.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: Oh well I already pre answered this now but I mean I use a VPN if I'm watching shows while I play the game. Sometimes I watch stuff on a certain pirate website and I'm just trying to hop on and farm scrap or something while I do so. Specifically, Malwarebytes VPN btw if that changes anything.
List any alt accounts: No alt accounts. Only like Epic Games and stuff but I mean those are irrelevant. If you check my IP you can see I've only ever played on one account and I don't have a dynamic IP so I mean it'll just be static on that one IP with the occasional VPN while watching a show or something.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: I have been warned several times, never kicked, banned I think like three times. All of my bans for FailRP. Most of my warns for FailRP/FearRP. Maybe like toxicity, bodyblocking, and RDM a couple times too? I'm not 100% but I know that it's mostly FailRP.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will just stop joining on a VPN, I will stop bhopping, and I swear I haven't been breaking any rules ever since my last ban but I mean I will be even more careful. I know that many people do not have as many warns as me but I swear like I'm not some guy who has NITRP I just make mistakes. I'm only human.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I should be unblacklisted because I was just starting to get more into all of the different RP that the game involves such as getting further up in E-11, getting further up in CI, and last but not least I was starting to do unorthodox unique RP that people can enjoy, especially ISD. I'm not sure what parts of my gameplay were exactly marked as cheating either because I did a raid as CI, killed a couple people and hopped off because it was getting late. And when I woke up to hop on the game during my day off I was blacklisted. To be honest I am pretty goated if you get to know me. And I've only ever cheated on CS:GO, PUBG, and GTA V. And the last time I ever cheated on a game was like almost 5 years ago as a teen after covid just bored out of my mind. Anyways, I don't really have anything else in mind about why I could possibly have been banned for cheating but just let me know if you guys have any questions.
