To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: The only thing I can think of is that I use mobile wifi? So my IP changes everyday around 8am.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I can't think of that last time unless you count it changing everyday.
List any alt accounts: I don't have any.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted: A few times I believe? RDM and failrp from what I can recall. These happened a long while ago though, September/October something like that.
What will you do to stop this from happening again: There isn't anything I can really do about it unless I get actual wifi that's going off the assumption that what it is. If it is for another reason I will do my upmost to not do it again.
Why should you be unblacklisted: Well if it's for what I think it is it's kind out of my control right now. However before taking a break I played the server daily and only had a couple of warns for silly things, I do my best to stay out of trouble.
Sorry this isn't the biggest explanation of things I just really can't think of any other reason I would be blacklisted. It has happened to my friend a couple times since he also uses mobile wifi to play.
