What will you do to stop this from happening again: I am not going to say something as simple as I wont do it again, I want to say it has been longer than a year since I have been banned and I have changed how I play games and how I interact with other players and if you do decide to unban me I will be a better player than I was before.
Why should you be unblacklisted: Because it has been over a year and i have matured, and I have changed my behavior and I will admit I was banned for toxicity a couple of times and I am not that person any more. and last time i appealed I was told it has not been a long enough time for me to have matured and I do not agree with that because I have changed as a person and grown as a person since I was blacklisted.
