To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted: I have no idea, the last time I played was earlier this week and when I tried to get on today I got the star wars blacklist playing.
List any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP: I accidentally joined with a VPN on over a year ago and got auto-blacklisted and got that removed but since then, I haven't ever joined with it on. I'm currently at university and am using that IP.

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I'm not even sure why I'm blacklisted, so can't really say to stop doing anything.
Why should you be unblacklisted: I enjoy playing on the server and would like to continue, I haven't broken rules in the past and will continue to do so.
