To the best of your knowledge, why were you blacklisted?: Probably in past since i was a kid, i was probably doing bad things and such, although i applied one previous blacklist appeal about it in general and got whitelisted back in SCP RP and Military RP but i guess they forgot about DarkRP
Please list any times you have used methods to change or hide your IP (incl. game streaming, e.g. GeForce Now): I never change my IP or hide it as mentioned in the previous post, if it's different than it used to be, it's probably because i moved into a different country

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted?: As mentioned above aswell and previously, i don't remember, probably because i was a kid back then and didn't followed the rules.
Why should you be unblacklisted: As in Military RP and SCP RP, i won't break any rules, surely it will be minor mistakes, but for major ones, never again.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Simply following the rules and don't mess up like before.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: As mentioned before, i am a big fan of RP and i RP alot, like i got experience doing it, i even made my own RP server with my friends if i forgot to mention in previous post. But of course.. DarkRP is the only thing i wanna appeal for, rest are fine.
