Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted? I have been banned before
Why should you be unblacklisted: My home network is fixed so I wont join on many different ips
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: not use a vpn and just rp
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: This is the only good scp rp server on gmod
