What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will stop my brother from coming into my room while I'm gone
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I have all because my brother always comes in my room when my mom calls me and kills anyone in his site
Why should you be unbanned: my brother got a gun from one of the CS that killed the main guy and killed all the recruits and then logged off of CI and back to a d boy like I was before I went afk
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I ill ensure that I wont break any other rule because I take RP serious I am mainly a internal affairs and I teach people and tell what they should and shouldn't do
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I want to rejoin the server because right before I got my ban I went to go ask my mom if I could use some money so I could buy XK class and this is a server I play a lot I am almost active everyday

You got reported for killing 4 people for no reason on CI character. About 5 min later you switched to foundation and went AFK. . Once you came back you said that you don't know anything about this and it have been your brother that must have did it. I spoke with other staff member about your situation and in the end you recieved MRDM ban for 2 weeks. Before the ban I asked you if somehow you can prove that it was your brother but you couldn't.

Hey Tyler thank you for the response, I'm not really sure how to prove my brother but I do know I wouldn't do something that stupid because I was just about to spend $100 on XK class VIP and I wouldn't just waste my money just to technically throw it away to get banned that not that smart because I worked hard for that money and if I just waste it like that it would be kind of dumb. Like I said I have no way to prove that it was my brother but why would I spend $100 just to get banned I don't know if its just me but it sounds like a dumb thing to do.

After reviewing the circumstances, I have decided to deny your appeal.

The reason for such is that MRDM is not something that we give verbal warnings for, as we have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to this. This is due to how negatively it effects RP.
