Accepted Boost the chance for CUs to be in ERT

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Give CUs boost to geting ERT like Cointament Specialist used to have before they got removed

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
It never got suggested

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
-People that haven't tried out ERT can do so without joining a MTF
-Some inviduals that don't want to be in an regiment can do soo

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-More "new" people can couse rule breaks ect.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I would be suprised if it got denied , considering that it is a job that 2 peopel can use at once and requires
