-He Sits In A Corner In His Containment Chamber Crying While Looking At His Hands Trying To Cover His Face.

-Unless There's A D-Class Or Someone That Haz Seen A Picture/Image Of 096 In D-Block. 096 Is Not Allowed To Beeline Straight To D-Block Or Go Towards D-Block.

When 096 Has Killed Everyone That Haz Seen His Face:
Step 1: Grab Scramblers
Step 2: Grab Bucket And Place It On His Head Before Anyone Else Sees His Face Or Follow Him Till He Stops Raging And Then Place A Bucket On His Head
Step 3: Beam And Cuff Him
Step 4: Re-Contain Him In His Containment Chamber
When 096 Haz Not Killed Anyone Yet Or None Seen His Face Yet:
Step 1: Grab Scramblers
Step 2: Grab Bucket And Place It On His Head
Step 3: Beam And Cuff Him
Step: 4 Re-Contain Him In His Containment Chamber
Extra Step: If Not RC'ed In Time And Bucket's Been Broken Go Grab Another Or Have Another One You Just Incase (Grabbed After Already Having 096 In Cuffs) And Put It Back On His Head And Hope No One Haz Seen His Face Or Make Sure To Have Someone Else Have A Bucket With You.
