Content Suggestion Breach Shelter Warhead Safety Update

What does this suggestion change/add/remove?
Reconfigures Nuke Zones to exclude the on-site Breach Shelter.
(Nuke Zones are c
onfigurable areas where all players inside are killed when the warhead detonates. This was added back in August of 2025 to resolve the warhead not working properly)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
I could not find a similar suggestion.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
1. Less overall player frustration from warhead detonation. (Such as losing items or other single-life properties ((Thaumatologist)) if killed)
2. Expanded Code Black use, directing players to go to Surface or Breach Shelter.
3. GSD and other combative personnel can re-secure D-Block somewhat faster.
4. Not having to walk all the way back from EZ if you made it up to Surface to survive the detonation.
5. Gives Breach Shelter more use.


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
1. Developer time. (Reconfiguring the Nuke Zones)
2. SCPs somehow surviving warhead if they get into the Breach Shelter. (SCPs, such as 008, are sometimes reset by Staff, so this shouldn't be a large issue)


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted?
Code Black is in a tricky spot where the route is inevitably overtaken by SCPs because the route has to be opened for personnel to get through. This means Code Black eventually devolves into sending personnel right to the SCPs. The warhead timer is not that long, meaning it is a quick race to reach EZ and go up one of two elevators before the detonation. Dying during that timer almost always means you will not have enough time left to make it out alive. Being far enough into the site, such as near or in HCZ, is too far away to make it to Surface in time. This, of course, excludes the possibility that SCPs are already blocking the goal post. Breach Shelter is supposed to be a safe space, but warhead requires people to leave that safe space and risk their lives for a chance at survival. Making the Breach Shelter a "Blast Shelter" allows for personnel to have a faster, safer, alternate non-rule-break means of surviving the warhead.
 
The nuke serves as the ultimate RP reset. If you perish in the evacuation, that is the fate of your character up and till that reset point. If you are losing things during Nukes and not evacuating properly then you need to review your evacuation procedures as on UK we have set assignments for all departments to fulfil.

Just having breach shelter be a "lol no" blast shelter removes the urgency and intensity of having to leave the Site due to it being lost
