Denied Breach Vote Value Change

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Changes the option to sell breach votes for $100 dollars to 50$.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Another person suggested making breach votes 1 minute again, but I'm suggesting bringing breach votes down to $50 when you sell them. If the time it took off is still 1 minute then 100$ would be understandable but with 0.5 minutes it should be $50 to make it equal.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
People would be more apt to use breach votes instead of selling them which would make the dread of SCP waiting time just a little shorter.
SCPs would be more commonly flagged on.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Less VIPs would be bought because people buy VIP for the money and the $100 breach vote sell is a good deal for them.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
More SCPs being flagged on all the time which would make needing to ask a SCP to flag on in OOC a lot less annoying for researchers. Sure part of the reason people buy VIP is for the in-game money but people buy it for other reasons than just money. They buy it to get access to SCPs and jobs restricted to users.

This is a cope suggestion. But I am going to give the decency of saying why its a cope suggestion

For 1. This is not a breach server. There is not meant to be constant breaches, and suggestions to make breaches more common are going against the servers desired playstyle.

For a second thing. It would not encourage people to use their breach votes rather than sell them. They would still absolutlely be sold, people would just not be happy
