Nobodys been blacklisted just for bhopping. What you're probably referring to is being blacklisted for cheats that automatically bhop for you.

Yeah but people do bhopping with no cheats and they get just blacklisted, its too far in my opinion.

bhopping should only be disallowed during rp scenarios and combat, otherwise doing it while nobody is around shouldn't be a warnable offence
