What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
1. Auth AA if highest on site or under orders of the ethics committee for large breaches.
2. Assist SA with monthly reviews on departments.
3. Investigate departments along side IA
4. Ensure everyone follows the ethics parts of the FLC.
5. Order O-1 if no ethics members or the chairman is on site.
6. Write incedent reports and issue citations if nesacarry.
7. Go undercover and investigate personnel of intrest.
8. Have meetings with people who wish to speak with ethics if none are on site/ it might not seen worthy of a member or chairman.
9. Report to interrogation if someone who is being arrested requests ethics.
10. Execute orders under the committee.
11. Auth mass term of Class-D ONLY if absoultly needed

You have defo matured a lot since getting Ambassador - and the way I have seen you handle situations where even I myself as a Sr.Cl4 have gotten very hot headed has impressed me a lot.

I do feel ECA is a better fit for you than OSA - but I would be interested to see the RP you bring on either role...

However - I have noticed that when you get bored, you start to behave very very immaturely... Most notably, the 'medical' RP you try to bring... The constant psychotic/suicidal RP would likely not be tolerated on an Assistant role as you are literally the representative of either side of Site Command, and having an assistant that is being killed 4 times a day because he's suicidal, refusing treatment and trying to poison an A1 that's attempting to help him isn't really a good look.

Despite that, I'll leave the +support in the hopes you listen to that final criticism
