Can't join UK server (SCPRP)

this has happened before 2-3 months ago, which fixed by using the new IP address for the server, but that method doesn't work anymore. Any thoughts?

(PS: I have verified files etc.)

This is an issue alot of gmod players have and alot of the time there isn't a fix. You just have to keep trying. There are fixes, they just don't work all the time

yeah this is very very old, you can close it now
