Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I've received one warning on February 18th for RDM , because a cadet got in the crossfire of my gun while in a shootout with armed d-classes and an agent arrested me for it.

Why are you applying for Security Captain?
Because I want to make gensec a more managed and safe environment for everybody. For all d-class and all other personell. Gensec is just one place that can be better and I want to help with it, i've always felt the leader role inside me and I want to finally fulfill it.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
I've been a security sergeant for a while and i've been serving my purpose. I know all the rules of gensec out of my head and i want to be able to make gensec better. I made my way up to sergeant and I've also been MTF so I've got plenty experience on different kinds of the fields. I know how to manage people and I want to fulfill my duty.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
To manage gensec and to keep it from getting chaotic. The captain needs to also motivate everyone to do their job proparly and if there is any personell that is making gensec lyable, the captain should take care of it. The captain is also resposible for giving permission for sweeps and to do riot training for officers and sergeants.

Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
William started out as a hardworking cadet and worked his way up to be a sergeant. He has seen all kinds of different captains and their ways to work with the responsibility of gensec. There were bad captains, but also very good ones that he has always looked up to.
But now, William wants to make his own changes for the better of gensec and to keep everyone's safety in mind. He knows that being a cadet isn't always the easiest job, as you just start and don't have that much experience in the security field, but he wants to help everyone that accepts his help.
He wants to keep everyone motivated and to work at their best. The most important thing for him is the orderly fashion and the feeling of safety, but not the feeling so you will relax. He wants everyone always on high alert, because he knows how important it is to have everyone sharp sighted.
