Accepted Change the CL in interro

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This changes the clearance level door the the jail cells in intero to CL3 biometric from regular CL3

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Yes, it got rejected because I suggested CL4 and it interfering with CI loop

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Stops lower CL people who picked up level 3 card freeing their friends
- Stops minges breaking their friend out


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Stops CI breaking each other out? the reason it got denied before which im confused of beacuse CI dont get arrested


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Stops the minges breaking their friends out who aren't higher CL and getting into more trusted level of staff. Also agreed to be good feature by a couple people in O-1 TS
