Content Suggestion Change the Nu-7 officer SOPMOD to the M16A4

Content Suggestions will be reviewed by Content Team weekly, please allow time as not everything can be reviewed at once.
What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes the sopmod from the officer loadout and adds a new non-perma weapon that isn't used in any other loadout.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Couldn't find anything recently but probably far back in the past.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Non-perma weapon
Exclusive to Nu-7 officer
Adds more drive to play the officer job

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Content would have to tweak the gun stats (I tested it and currently its horrible)
(Couldn't really think of anything else I am willing to take feedback though :D )

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Currently the Nu-7 officer job has two main weapons the SOPMOD which is a perma weapon meaning you can still use it on any other class also its a pretty average weapon and the M14 which everyone can agree is an absolute pile of shit. I feel these two weapons don't add enough drive to play the officer job when there are jobs like auto-rifleman which you can have a perma AND the M249 still equipped, and also now with the keycard levels transferring over to other jobs (not saying its a bad change) it completely removes the benefits of playing on the officer job. With adding the M16A4 to the officer job it can be tweaked to a good balanced weapon that wont effect the whole perma weapon shop by messing around with the stats. The main reason I am suggesting to change the weapon entirely is because changing the current stats of the SOPMOD to make it a little better would ruin the perma weapon economy, there is also the fact that Nu-7 officer job gets outgunned by every other officer job in the server. GOC gets the kbar, CI gets the vepr and scar-h, E-11 get the qbz, O-1 get the ash-12, and a-1 get the MCX. None of these are permas and are arguably all better than the SOPMOD. I feel that the officer job deserves an exclusive experience along with the rest of the departments/MTFs. We have had the SOPMOD for over 2 years now and I think its time for a change :D.
