What will you do to stop this from happening again - I will not use addons to replace Half Life Models.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? - I have!! I have many warns and a few bans, but with my previous appeal, nothing has ever been this severe.
Why should you be unbanned - I did not use the addons to abuse in combative situations, rather only used it to be silly.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule? - I will ensure I do not use addons which may result in situations like this.
Why do you want to rejoin this server? - As mentioned above, the addons were only used in silly ocassions, I was refered by a staff to disable them, as they were not allowed, in which I replied and said I would and restart the game. This occured right before the 10AM EST server restart, which is when I should have disabled them, but had forgotten to.
Below are pictures from the Discord to show I only used this addon in light situations, and at no point intended to abuse.

I would also like to addon that these models only affected very specific people, the majority being any surface players, and very specific models (457, Engineer), and as such all other models (GENSEC, D-Class, MTF, ETC) all had their regular models. If needed I can even show (like I offered David) to screenshare and show the addon being disabled for future reference, as well as screensharing how very few models it affects.
