Adding a button to make the checkbox's one time toggleable to prevent altering after the fact

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is a rather short suggestion I came up after looking at the d-class work program on UK, Just a button you can check to say "One time check" or something that then means I can see up say... Yes or no boxes and someone can't just swap over the options

Except it isn't, if you add a checkbox, print the docuemnt you can check and uncheck it as many times as you want, my suggestion is that once a box is checked it cannot be unchecked essentially.
