Denied Chef Playermodel Update

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion is to give the beloved chef job some love and give them a nicer updated model for the role.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Provides the chef job with a nicer player model and clothing which even look more similar to a chef
- Hopefully, provide some upgrades/love to this site staff job as it is one that people use a lot.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- The white may be mistaken with a Researcher, but I'm unsure how that could occur.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
To keep it short and simple, in my opinion, this player model looks much better than the current one and reflects the name of the job better than the current, "chef". The Site staff faction is usually forgotten about so hopefully this would be a welcomed and good change.
