Denied Chemical Raid Rule change and clarification

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
How a refrigerator chemical raid should set a limit, to what degree you can take. And the GOI that propose the raid is required to put the same amount of “valuable chemicals” in their own fridge.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Being able to have healthy RP, clear ruling.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
There are no specifications on chemical raids, and if people in the future can just raid and drink everything to grief it. It is not going to create a good environment to RP. And what’s the point of only one side willing to put stuff in the fridge when the other side just puts it in pocket or stash to avoid the raid.

As it stands at this moment, Atleast US wise, Chemical raids are straight up banned by SL. Hence why the logs where added for the fridges.

"Raiding an enemy faction fridge" is not included in the list of acceptable raid reasons, thus, raiding fridges is not currently permitted.
