When breached, SCP-096 is allowed to go to wherever its targets are, in order to kill them. he can head straight to D-Block if its targets are in D-Block, but it should always kill its closest

SCP-096 first must kill all its targets. Then, when it is calm, it will be bucketed, beamed and dragged back to its CC
