Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? yes but all of them appealed
Why should you be unbanned: I asked an admin if I could have people use 106 and he yes but it's an ethics problem, not an admin
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: to not have people use 106
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: because its fun i like making friends and having a great time in there

Thank you for the time to make this Ban appeal.

After reviewing your application, I am unfortunately going to have to deny this and there will be no changes to the ban. My only reason why is because when you were arrested for injecting people with 106 samples then after being arrested, proceeding to leave the server meaning that would be LTARP. You are correct that it is an ethics issue of injecting people with chemicals, although it is against the server rules to leave in an RP situation, that being of course, you being arrested. After this ban is complete I hope that you take this into consideration, But do not let this stop you from playing the server.
