Note: I believe this PAC should be accepted because the 108 Organisation, The New Shogunate, follows Edo Period Japan Tradition. The tanto attached to the belt is worn by many Officials back in the day to commit Seppuku. Additionally the Conical Straw hat and mask is used to hide my identity due to the fact I am CL5. Next up the traditional clothes is because of course this Organisation follows tradition heavily.
I understand this does not resemble the UN Ambassador but thats the organisation. If you understand lore; the 108 is an extremely diverse organisation which has many different parts, TNS being one of them which specifically follows Japanese Tradition.

The New Shogunate is an organisation that undertakes in the traditions of Edo Period Japan, with a modernised touch, the beliefs of this group are somewhat hidden but what we can work out is that they are extremely traditional, several members of this organisation have stated that they will do anything for their Leader and cause. Their cause is unknown currently but they are deemed a minor organisation with minor influence in the world.
This organisation has worked closely with other Asia based organisations and builds relations around the world. They work with honour as part of their statutes.
Their statutes are as follows.
人は名誉を持って生きなければならない
One must live with Honour
名誉をもって世界を浄化しなければならない
One must cleanse the world with Honour
These are rough translations and other statutes are yet to be translated from Early Middle Japanese, the current statutes stated here could also be incorrect but this is the information we currently have.
Additionally we understand that currently they have control over the majority of Japan, their headquarters is located in Tokyo, this was taken from the Tokugawa Shogunate and now they control the Regional Government to assist with the Fivefold Mission, primarily the Second Mission - Concealment.
As of current TNS (The New Shogunate) has 6 Ambassadors around the world, each in charge of handling diplomatic affairs in their assigned Continent. The 1st Ambassador is deemed to be their leader however this is unconfirmed.
The diplomatic rank structure of this organisation is as follows:
Chief Ambassador - UNKNOWN - Asia
Second Ambassador - Yamamoto Okiwa - Europe
Third Ambassador - Miyota Ruta - Africa
Fourth Ambassador - Mikoto Miyura - North America
Fifth Ambassador - UNKNOWN - South America
Sixth Ambassador - UNKNOWN - Oceania
