Summary: The operation was a failure in its attempt to capture SCP-██, which resulted in multiple casualties, including two operatives KIA and seven heavily injured. However, the Foundation lost three high-ranking personnel, and SCP-██ managed to breach, causing chaos. Operative "Atlas" was sent in to obtain valuable documents and finish the job
