What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Changes the CI Marksman's SMG from the Spectre M4 to the PP-19-01 VItyaz.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
To my understanding, no suggestion has been made to change the CI Marksman's SMG.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
>CI Marksman doesn't have to rely on a Perma Gun, as the Spectre M4 is ass.
>More equal balancing between CI & Nu-7/DEA
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
>CI Buff in an area it is potentially not needed.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Really, the CI Marksman's SMG as of current is horrendous. The spread and recoil on it is absurd, and the damage is quite minimal for its speed. Comparatively, the Nu-7 Marksman's COLT M4, although not a great gun, is better than the Spectre M4, and isn't completely useless. The aim of this suggestion isn't to give CI a gun better than Nu-7's, but just one to equalise the gap. Normally I would just suggest a buff to the gun, but CI Deep Cover themselves has the Spectre M4, and I feel as though they shouldn't have it buffed, as they should be relying on guns which they steal during their infiltrations of Foundation. (Johnson forced me to make this suggestion under gunpoint if anyone's wondering (someone please help me))
