What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Change the rank requirement for CI tech expert to CI-Alpha instead of CI-Beta
Currently the class holds only a Level 2 card, so it'd make more sense for it to be reduced to Alpha.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Alpha's can play tech expert.
Role is purely supportive and ofc will not be in raids.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None really.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Considering the positives of allowing more people on a purely supportive class, and that it has no negatives, as misbehaving alphas will be dealt with by CO's and there's nothing abuseable about tools which literally just repair stuff, it only makes sense to reduce it to Alpha. It's also very odd for a Beta-locked job to a level 2 keycard holder.
