What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Change the Shockwave ability & the Health Aura ability from CI's Support Type Blue to the following:
-Shockwave ability now deals 50 damage (increased from 20) and has stronger knockback effectiveness.
-Health Aura energy cost gets reduced from 50 to 35 (Or somewhat lower)
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I do not believe so.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Encourages more ability usage (These two abilities are almost never used)
- Should require minimal dev work
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Buff towards Type Blue which people opposing CI may not want.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Currently, Shockwave and Health Aura are rarely used in serious combat scenarios due to low effectiveness and/or high energy cost. These changes would make them viable options while keeping Shockwave primarily a crowd-control ability rather than a killing tool. and making sure Health Aura is a supportive ability remains an effective supportive ability for allies. This would improve gameplay variety and ensure all Support Type Blue abilities are useful instead of players relying on only a few.
