Civillian visual issue

Goodmorning @Brad Shaw, It seems another servers content might have conflicted with ours upon joining, or perhaps its just gmod being gmod.
Although when visual issues like this happen the common fix is to do Record 1;stop in the gmod console this forces your game to fix itself essentially, or u can try vwar_initialization_redo which will reload all the server content. This is the common fix to the Tab menu not being loaded properly or showing incorrect values. If neither of these work I'd go to steam and verify your file integrity to ensure you didn't accidentally delete any required gmod files to make sure everything is there.
