What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
An idea I think should be added to the game is another form of civvie, a mix between Parawatch and CI.
Obviously there would be minimum requirements for playing this role so it is not easily abused, but I think it would be an enjoyable addition to the server.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
It's different from just basic game mechanics and provides more opportunity for civilian players.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
I think that this role would be enjoyable for those who aren't into the CI kinds of raids, people who don't want to be CI, and those looking for more incentive to be a civilian character.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Creates more for the foundation to combat against. Can disrupt normal foundation gameplay.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because civilian gameplay can be extremely boring a lot of the time. Giving civilians more opportunity to interact with the site and do more activities (not as impossible as parawatch infiltration) would be a very fun thing for players who use all these characters. It creates more variety, and gives incentive to play more civilians, a role that is already lacking in opportunity.
EXTRA STUFF!
What should they do?
Not be able to do full scale breach raids, but able to enter the facility, take hostages, and find information to publicize.
Able to fight and kill combative classes, but take non-combatives as hostages, and get them to give access to certain spots
Take pictures, record with bodycam, and document their findings, as a normal parawatch would do.
Spawn weapons like a pistol, the weak rope restraint, clipboard, camera.
(Also would be cool to have a limit like 3, and have them work together. Cooldown per each facility entrance could be 30min to an hour)
PS, These are just ideas. It wouldn't have to fit all of these specifications, but fit along the lines of what I'm trying to convey, in the end it's up to server leadership to choose what to add and what makes it fun and fair for everyone!
