What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Combine various sets of models into single models, rather than entirely separate models. Examples include the DEA models, most/all of the MTF models, and the generic suit models (male and female).
Many of the playermodels on the server are completely separate models when they could instead be one model with differing bodygroups. E.g. the DEA models are all the same model with different heads, but they are entirely separate models rather than being the same model with a different head bodygroup. Many of the playermodels on the server could be combined into a smaller number of models by making use of bodygroups - the old E-11 model was a great example of how this works.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This would make the content pack smaller, which is both good for new players who have to download it, and would free up space for new models (e.g. female models) which keep getting rejected "because the content pack size" (or so Content Team says).

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Reduces content pack size, as there would be less models - only the base model and the individual bodygroups (i.e. what differs between the current ones) would be included, rather than the same base model being duplicated 5-10 times for every department.
- Smaller download size for new players -> new players less likely to be put off, and players with lower bandwidth can actually join
- Smaller content pack size uses less space on people's computers
- Frees space for more/other models to be added in the future, e.g. female models
- Makes dealing with PAC3 a bit easier, as you don't need to find entirely separate models and can just change bodygroups around
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Art dev time
- With this being one big change, existing players would likely need to essentially redownload a lot of the models as part of the content pack
- Would be done automatically by Steam and gmod, and the smaller content size should make this less of a hit
