How long have you been a Senior Agent for?

I have been Senior Agent since May 24th of 2025.
Why are you applying for Special Agent?
I am applying for Special Agent because I am trying to get back into playing foundation again. I have seen DEA having lower amounts of players than it used to, I am looking to come back as a Special Agent as I was Agency Manager/DPT Manager in the past. I would like to do whatever I can to help out with the department and make it great again. I am looking to give operatives things to do such as trainings, or even raiding at some point, I feel that is part of the issue right now with low numbers. I would like to see DEA as great as it used to be, it is a great department that has so much potential that is not always being put to use or seen in use.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:

I feel what makes me suitable is the fact I have a ton of past experience through various departments AND experience through high command of DEA itself. I understand the duties and responsibilities of being Special Agent and I would like to come forward and apply still. I have always and will continue to enjoy DEA. I would like to be able to show the fun that DEA is and try to inspire others to want to join and bring back the activity. From me playing CI as a BCOM I have seen lots of DEA policies not being enforced, I would like to change that as it is often overlooked or ignored.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
I am not too sure how many documents I have written but what I do know is that its often on SCP's or interviews for OOC events or IC events. What makes a document good is understanding what is happening, giving the ability for others to learn and understand what happened upon your document. The main factor is you want others to be able to understand what you are writing about and the event(s) that happened.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:

-Enforcing Departmental and/or site policies.
-Hosting Senior Agent Tryouts to recruit new agents.
-Training new operatives/agents.
-Dealing with GOI relations.
-Keeping site clear of CI.
-Authorizing raids on GOI's.
-Completing orders given by higher ups.
-Signing permits to MC&D.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Teen Age:
He was 14 years old when "Comet" lived a quiet life in a small town, filled with an insatiable thirst for news and worldwide affairs. His quiet night on November 3rd, 2013, was disrupted by the violent raid neighboring his house. He saw through his bedroom window how black-clad men stormed the property of their neighbors. The neighbors were well-liked local activists who had been protesting against secretive government programs. The next day, the activists disappeared. Rumors went around that they had been kidnapped by an unknown group tied to the government. Comet's curiosity became an obsession he had to know what really transpired. He secretly started to research, culling bits and pieces of information about concealed agencies and their global reach. His parents warned him to stop snooping, but he could not resist. It was personal.

Early Adult:
When Comet was 19, he moved to the city and began studying international relations and security studies at university. He automatically understood languages and political systems. He was on an internship at a government agency when he unwittingly chanced upon a cryptic memo referring to "Project Echo," a cover operation that had been linked to unexplained happenings and disappearances. The memo alluded to ties to an even broader, covert entity working in the shadows to control threats to humanity. Comet published what he learned, but before he knew it, he was summoned to a casual get-together with a man who wore a black suit and seemed to know more about his past than he did.
The individual presented himself as an External Affairs Division agent, a covert department mandated to manage the Foundation's dealings with governments, media, and global institutions. He explained that Comet's investigation and perseverance had not been in vain the Foundation needed people who would navigate the complexity of the external world outside of containment centers and maintain secrecy at the diplomatic level. Comet learned that the majority of the activists, even those arrested during the raid, were "protected assets" or "collateral" in this fragile equation. Given an option to slip into obscurity or become part of the fight to keep the world free from the shadows, Comet opted for the latter. He was cleared, trained in negotiation, deception, and crisis management, and assigned a new identity.

External Affairs Agent:
Comet's work was less about muscle and more about diplomacy, manipulation, and control of narratives. His first major assignment was brokering a high-stakes cover-up when a foreign news source nearly exposed a containment breach. Using his media skills and his knowledge of international law, Comet was able to control the narrative, discredit the sources, and maintain the Foundation's secrecy without spilling blood. In the process, he became known as a master strategist and a negotiator and was assigned the codename "Comet" a testament to his rapid, decisive motion in the unseen world of external containment. Despite continued political maneuvering and moral accommodations, Comet holds fast to the conviction that knowledge and command on the outside will one day protect individuals like his lost neighbors… and possibly, himself.
