What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Adds the ability for consultants to credit pharmacists as they are medical staff.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not of my knowledge.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Gives the ability to reward the staff for doing tasks.
Helps them advance in medical. Through lvls of course.

Just adds something I personally think should always been implemented.
Gives people something to look forward to.
