So one MRDM ban due to me throwing Nerve gas into D-block when I got ERT (ERT was pretty new atm I believe) and I figured it only did damage on the Anomalies and not "players" and the FAILRP was added on top of killing for some reason..

Leadership Skills
At this point I've held several Clearance 4 roles and have been lucky to assist regiments in different sections. I learned most of my leadership as a Commissioned Officer and I've been both a Captain and Major in Omega-1 and UNGOC. These experiences have given me valuable perspectives into managing a regiment .
I've learned the importance of dedicated leadership and the negative impact when Commanding Officers don't invest enough time in their responsibilities. Through my roles, I've gained a understanding of what needs to be changed and improved to create a better regiment and help Enlisted and NCOs enjoy their duties. This includes enhancing communication with the regiment and ensuring that all members are supported and motivated to achieve their goals.

As mentioned above, I've held several Clearance 4 positions, My roles have not been solely combative. I have also twice been an Internal Affairs Ambassador and currently my first time as a Medical Consultant. Both positions demand a high level of professionalism and the ability to teach.
As an Internal Affairs Ambassador, You were responsible for teaching Agents on how to perform their roles, including making arrests and handling situations in a professional manner. This role required me to ensure that Agents not only understood the procedures but also performed to the highest standards and if not you had to be able to give out punishments.
In my current role as a Medical Consultant, I am tasked with presenting information to new trainees and doctors. This includes everything from basic medical procedures like creating cures to harder tasks like performing surgeries in RP scenarios.
I believe I have successfully achieved these objectives while holding these roles, Showing my ability to teach, and uphold professionalism in various situations.

Considering I've spent soon to be 2 years on the server and 1700 hours later I would say that Im decently known by the community both in Foundation but also by UN due to me being open and talking to as many as possible and I hope people find me friendly and approachable the amount of hours has also lead to me known the map and locations inside out

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Performing Orders
When it comes to Assistants their number one duty is performing the orders
of Site command in this case OSAs follow the orders of the Overseer Council

permission to authorize both Mass-Term but also Advanced Armory (AA)
This only goes for if you have been given orders by the Overseer council
Or if you happen to be the highest position on site (highest in chain of command)
With a Clearence 4 you are now also able to close Blastdoors aswell as getting access to alot
more sections of the site.

They're also supposed to report any suspicious activity to IA if it's an FLC matter but
if it happens to be a Info leak of some sort they're allowed to use Alpha-1 to be able to handle it

Managing Information
Considering O5s are classified and are a target for most people OSAs
may be ordered to deliver information to departments and regiments
in the name of Site Command so that they don't risk their lives.
