Content Suggestion Create a New Civilian Class "Engineer"

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would add a new Job to surface to allow civilians access to the Repair Torch since Civilians now have access to a new assortment of vehicles like Police cars and Ambulances.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Increases the optional for RP on surface
- Allows for more realism as civilians wouldn't go to a militia, Military base or a UN outpost for a simple car repair

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- I cant think of any.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
With the new Vehicle update that has hit the servers i seems right that now with a new assortment of vehicles that civilians are going to need repairs tools as even hitting a tree can damage your vehicle now and furthermore with the adding of CI/GOC and Foundation vehicles the weaponry fights on surface are going to reach a new high and civilians are going to loose vehicles left and right.

Civs should have the ability to repair cars themselves. A mechanic job would be a good way to do this.

I was actually going to suggest something similar to this but you beat me to it. Possibly not an engineer, but a mechanic role instead like somebody else has also stated.

Their own separate building in pinewood could also be nice where civilians drive their vehicle to the mechanic.
