What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion aims to add a new staff team alongside the current teams (platform, content, event & resources).
This staff team wouldn't be something "full time" alongside the main 4 teams, but would rather be an optional join as an additional (you could be in this team and one of the other 4 main teams at the same time)
This staff team will be dedicated to overseeing day-day server health issues such as excessive breaches (for example, several 008 breaches in a week or raids continuously in detrimental areas, or excessively long raids). The team should be the first point of contact for these issues and they may then discuss these issues and follow a specific set of guidelines for handling these such incidents.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
There was a suggestion to remove SC & AO a while back which resulted in adding the roleplay lead position, however this aims to expand upon that position previously established
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Significant increase in server health
Allows for more low level and day-day server health monitoring by regular staff
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
May take too many duties of the roleplay division lead
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this suggestion can bring a lot to the staff team and I truly do hope this can improve the staff team. Members of this team being part of other teams also helps provide multiple perspectives, such as from content for certain lack of roleplay elements and where stuff may need to be focused on, or from event where these members can help provide perspectives from gamemaster side and follow up on people ruining events or having nitrp.
If needed, I can write a lot of the documentation for the team and provide contributions towards it in my free time, especially as I have experience writing staff documents like when I recently redid the entire event team handbook which desperately needed reworking. This suggestion is NOT a staff or server leadership bashing thread and please do not blame anybody for this.

- The team would work outside of the normal structure and would instead just be a bunch of members and the roleplay division lead (superadmin)
- The team should work to ensure that long raids or excessively detrimental raids are properly punished or discussed with the person who lead them to ensure they dont happen in the future or have a proper roleplay justification before they happen. An example of this could be a 1 hour raid where CI held down one area like d-block and made no attempt to exfil or have any other actions, other than just senseless killing for an hour, which means d-class continue rioting and people are unable to roleplay if they need a d-class for something
- If the team decides a person has caused several issues for the server they can consult the roleplay division lead (superadmin) and issue a punishment (strikes, removals, demotions, warnings, bans, etc) in an ooc manner due to their actions, especially if its repeated
- First point of contact for anybody who is concerned about their recent actions of their officers or fellow players who they believe have been un-benefitting to roleplay and/or harmed server health with their actions
