Denied cuff thing suggestion

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Remove AFK timer when being dragged in the metal handcuffs (or make it so actively chatting/vcing counts as non-afk)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- not kicked from rp
- no warn for ltarp
- rp

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- big server
- a way to afk farm (as if there wasn't ways to do that already)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
cus i almost got kicked in rp for being afk when i was in metal handcuffs and the guy dragging me wouldn't stop dragging me for like 2 minutes
