1. Rules

1. You must have purchased the "Custom Role - Discord/TeamSpeak" package on the donation store, either in-game or on the website, before submitting your application.
2. To speed up the application, please provide a screenshot of your purchase. You don't have to provide a screenshot, but it will help us!
3. All role names & icons must be PG-13: no NSFW images or names.
4. Your role name must not impersonate another role (including staff / RP positions). It also may not impersonate ranks which don't exist, but could be taken as higher than existing ranks: such as "General of the Armies" (MRP) or "The Administrator" (SCP-RP).
5. By purchasing a custom role, you agree to the following terms of service:
   1. Roles are purchased on a permanent basis, however in the event of us shutting down our Discord or TeamSpeak, refunds will not be provided. You agree that you are purchasing your role for the lifetime of our Discord or TS3 server.
   2. Some platforms (such as Discord) have a limit on the amount of roles we can create. If we hit this limit, we will try to make room for further roles, by taking actions in the following order:
      1. Cleaning up roles that are no longer required, such as old bot roles,
      2. Re-structuring our staff and player roles to reduce the amount of roles present,
      3. Finally, if we are completely out of room for roles, we will remove custom roles where the purchaser has not been seen for over 180 days. In this case, we will give you 30 days notice by forum or Discord DM to log on and keep your role. We will only do this when we are at the role cap, and we have ran out of other options. We do not expect to have to do this - currently we have hundreds of available slots on Discord and TeamSpeak.
   3. Additional roles will require one purchase of the "Custom Role - Discord/TeamSpeak" package per role. You are limited to holding 5 custom roles per server (either your own, or others).
   4. Roles may not be modified once bought. You can send a request to Cloak or Ventz to have your custom role deleted, if you wish.
   5. You will be considered the 'owner' of your role. Ownership may not be transferred. You may add other users to your role through a Custom Role Modification application. Removing users from your role also requires a Custom Role Modification application.
   6. Refunds are not issued for roles under any circumstances.
6. If you, at any point, are blacklisted from the community, your custom roles are subject to immediate deletion. Custom roles will not be returned unless your blacklist is determined to have been made in error. Blacklists are only issued for the most serious offences in our community, such as doxxing, violation of law, or serious, repeated permabannable offences.
