Denied DEA below MTF personnel

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Make it that DEA are below MTF in foundation hierarchy

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):[/B
Well mostly, the positives are common sense. Why is a 10 question test job above a whole tryout that is approx 1 to 2 strikes?
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
There is no negatives why is a 10 question test above MTF?

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because MTF is more advanced then DEA, DEA agents should not be above MTF enlisted that makes no sense more like it should be Senior Agents+ should be above enlisted not an Agent. I can't think of a negative

No. You need to provide valid reasoning. DEA operate differently to other MTFs. Each department/regiment is specialised in their field.
