What does this suggestion change/add/remove: It would remove the "Operative" and replace it with a DEA Medic (Non combative) giving Donators more bang for their buck. However (To be a DEA Medic one must already be an Agent) (There should really only be 4 at the most slot-wise)
The DEA Medic would be able to be on surface just as any other DEA Agent can. However their loadout would be the same as the DEA Agent Utility (Without Flash/Smoke Grenades, Disguise kit, interrogation tool)
They wouldn't be expected to actively engage in-combat instead being around to help revive fallen comrades or enemies for kidnapping. As you can imagine, for this purpose, the role would be incredibly well used.
Possible Positives of the suggestion:
•Help balance surface in DEA favour;
•Give a better VIP role;
•Give DEA the possibility to do their own kidnapping;
•Bring more RP opportunities into the department;
•Allow for injured civilians to be healed/revived by the DEA Medic;
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
•Balancing (This could be well averted by limiting the amount of slots allowed)
•CI complaining about being kidnapped (Give them a taste of their own medicine)
•Slots being full (Having the ability to go on to surface and revive CI
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted: I think, to allow for more balancing DEA should be given a Medic. Some people might say "But what about CMs?" they have to ask for permission to go onto surface. So they're essentially useless to us.
A DEA Medic on the other hand would be of great benefit to us, and would help balance out surface. Meaning that, we also have the opportunity to kidnap CI.
